THANK YOU SO MUCH to all our Good Shepherd Parishioners who donated to the "Soup-er" bowl kettle las February!!  This enabled us to 525 people last Wednesday night at the Banquet!  Thank you, as well, to anonymous Parishioners who gave money to be used for milk.  They go through 300 gallons per week!  We are especially grateful to Robyn Reed and Janet Varilek who joined us for our trip and Father Seitz too, who helped in preparing and serving the meal!  Our Confirmation kids did an amazing job, not only in the kitchen, but being Christ to all the visitors as well.  They are Ben Freking, Dalton, Dykstra, Nathan Reed, Ethan Varilek, Samara Hillmer, Hachelle Carlson, and Matthew Mohning. God Bless you!

THANK YOU to all who came to the Bible School planning meeting ...I am so grateful for your presence and willingness to help! We are off to a great start! EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO HELP WITH SET UP AND DECORATIONS EVERY SUNDAY IN MAY FROM 6:30-8:30 IN THE GYM! It’s always a great time together!

Our VBS is called CATHLETICS: TRAINING TO BE CHAMPIONS FOR CHRIST! It will be held June 6th-10th from 9-12. Just as it takes hard work to train for the olympics (we will relate to the summer games in Rio & Christ the Redeemer), it is also important to get the right training to live out our Catholic faith. We will engage kids into the life of Christ with teachings from God’s Word on the Ten Commandments, the Beatitudes and the fruits of the Holy Spirit. REMEMBER that this is a required service for 9th and 10th grade Confirmation kids, either decorating or joining us the week of Bible School (or a little of both! :) ) with the children.

BIBLE SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORMS have been sent out to children Pre-school thru 5th Grade! There is also a COLORING CONTEST sheet in the back of church along with additional forms. Please return registration forms by MAY 22nd. Coloring contest sheets can be returned anytime ...I’d like to put them up in church and we will determine the winner at Bible School! :)

DECORATING ITEMS FOR BIBLE SCHOOL NEEDED! If you can help with any of the following, that would be great!! * small baskets * sports equipment * sports teams/American jerseys/t-shirts * anything red/white/ blue or American/Olympic themed * Sports/American posters * anything related with the Olympics * trophies/ribbons/ medals for display * any donations for Bibles for the kids would be so appreciated!!
